Dr. Fatima began her medical career as a Resident in Pediatrics at Shifa International Hospital, where she worked for 4 years, followed by her roles as Senior Registrar for 1 year and Assistant Professor for 2 years at Rawal Institute of Health Sciences, contributing to both clinical practice and medical education.  

She then served as a Consultant Pediatrician at Islamabad Medical Complex for 6 years before joining Al-Ahli Hospital.
